b. Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited at The ForX events: illegal substances, weapons, outside food and drinks, professional cameras, and any items deemed a security risk by venue staff.

c. Health and Safety: Attendees are required to adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by The ForX, including those related to COVID-19 or other health-related concerns.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Site Content: All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and audio clips, is the property of The ForX and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

b. Event Recordings: Recording of events (audio or video) without prior authorization from The ForX is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The ForX and its affiliates, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or attendance at events.

6. Modification of Terms

The ForX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site or attendance at events after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NY State. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NY State.
